Setting-Up Auto Pay From an Outside Bank
HFDFCU can only set-up auto pay if you're transferring from your own HFDFCU savings account to your loan. When you joined HFDFCU, a savings account was set-up for you automatically.
However, we list options if you need to take money from an outside savings or checking account to your HFDFCU loan or HFDFCU savings account.

Do I Get a Monthly Loan Bill?
HFDFCU sends a combined account statement containing all accounts plus loans, without any separate loan statements or payment coupons. HFDFCU statement are produced quarterly, which lists your original credit union Membership Savings Account plus any loan or line of credit accounts. RescueNet online banking can be set-up to e-mail you a payment reminder.

- EZPayment will charge a $5.99 fee per transaction when using an outside debit card

Pay Using EZPayment*
Use EZPayment to post a loan payment using your debit card or outside checking or savings account. EZPayment is an easy and simple way to post payments from any debit card or outside checking or savings account. Additional information about EZPayment is available.
Pay By Direct Deposit*
Have your employer or provider send an electronic direct deposit to your HFDFCU account or direct to your loan. To send a direct deposit, your provider will need the HFDFCU Routing number 321379151 and either your HFDFCU Savings account number or your 10-digit Loan ID Number. HFDFCU staff can assist in providing your 10-digit Loan ID number.
Pay using outside Bill Payer*
Have your outside institution set-up a bill payer or external transfer to send funds to your HFDFCU account or loan. Your institution will need the HFDFCU Routing number 321379151 and either your HFDFCU Savings account number or your 10-digit Loan ID number.
RescueNet Online Banking: Manual or Automatic Payment Transfer
If you're receiving direct deposits or posting manual deposits to your HFDFCU accounts, create an automatic payment transfer using RescueNet online banking.
Pay In-Person At Our Branch or Shared Branch Locations
Visit our office at 1200 N. School Street in Kapalama or visit any of the 70 participating Hawaii locations of outside credit unions that participate in the CO-OP Shared Branch Network.
Pay Your Visa® Platinum Credit Card Online*
Use our Visa® credit card portal called EZCard to pay your Visa Platinum credit card using any HFDFCU account or outside savings or checking account.
