Now That You've Joined...
Look for your initial welcome packet — you received it in-person or will receive it by postal mail. It'll contain your Membership Savings Account number, which is what you'll need to enroll in RescueNet online banking or to set-up direct deposit to your savings account.
Self-Enroll With RescueNet Online Banking
Access your accounts and loans online with RescueNet online banking. RescueNet is a browser-based system that's accessible by desktop, tablet, or mobile phone browser, responsive and flexible based on your device. Use RescueNet to access E-Statements, update your contact information, set-up travel notifications, initiate fund transfers, and more.
Self-enroll in 1-2-3
- At HFDFCU.org, click RescueNet Online.
- Choose Enroll to start the self-enroll process.
- Follow the prompts to set-up your online access with RescueNet.
RescueNet Mobile App For Mobile Deposit and More
When just the basics of RescueNet is what you need, our RescueNet mobile app for iOS and Android devices is available. Using your existing RescueNet online banking credentials, use our mobile app while you're on-the-go.

Activate E-Statements to Avoid Monthly Fees
Once you've set-up RescueNet, while logged-in, activate E-Statements easily.
- Log-in to RescueNet using any desktop, tablet, or mobile phone browser.
- Tap the Self Service menu.
- Find Additional Services, then tap eStatements.
- Select your account(s), then tap Click here if not redirected.
- Confirm your information and add an e-mail address if needed.
- Tap I Accept, then tap Register.
To access E-Statements thereafter, repeat steps 1-3.

Unlimited ATM access statewide
Your HFDFCU Debit Mastercard® comes with unlimited access at all Hawaii ATMs operated by American Savings Bank and First Hawaiian Bank. Look for ASB- or FHB-branded ATMs at branches statewide as well as with convenient standalone ATM locations in select Hawaii locations of 7-Eleven, Zippy's restaurants, Foodland stores, Don Quijote stores, and all major shopping centers.

Deposit checks using our RescueNet mobile app for iOS and Android devices.
Statewide and National Branch Locations
Access your HFDFCU accounts and loans at locations of participating outside credit unions operating on the CO-OP Shared Branch Network. From 70 in Hawaii to more than 5,000 nationwide, CO-OP shared branch access is unlimited and free. Visit MyHFDFCU.org/findbranches or call 888-748-3266 to find nearby locations.
Deposit with EZPayment
HFDFCU’s EZPayment portal can take funds from a debit card or outside checking or savings account to deposit to your HFDFCU account. Additional information about EZPayment is available.

Set-up direct deposit with your employer or provider to send funds to your HFDFCU Savings or checking account:

Please note: For security reasons, your full 3- to 10-digit Savings, Checking, or Loan ID numbers are not printed on statements. HFDFCU staff can provide or confirm these details.
